Canon EOS R6 Speculated to be Announced in July Now

News Desk/Time for a DSLR/May 6th 2020. Canon EOS R6 is said to be the affordable version of Canon EOS R5. A few days back there was a buzz regarding Canon EOS R6 to launch in end of May.  But now it seems that this highly anticipated camera won’t be shipping anywhere close.  According to Canon Rumors it seems that the camera will be announced in July and so the shipment should not be expected before August or September.

Now, this report actually contradicts Canon Rumors’ old report that said that the announcement would be in May. But then the sources that are providing such news now indicate the July announcement is possible.

It is expected that Canon EOS R6 will be equipped with in body image stabilization. So, now we have to wait till July for the official announcement of Canon EOS R6 release. I hope, this news would suffice for those who were waiting desperately for the new camera. It seems that the lockdown situation is actually pushing the announcements for launch and shipments. So, now we have no option but to wait for the other news when this gets confirmed.
