Software Update for Fujifilm X100V to Solve Camera’s Shutdown Problem
News Desk/Time for a DSLR/May 13th 2020: There is a new software update for Fujifilm X100V cameras. Several users have been complaining about Fujifilm X100V’s sudden shut down issues because of overheating. So, to fix this Fujifilm has come up with a new software update called as Auto Power Off Temp option. So, if you update your camera with this software then you will be able to get rid of these shutdown issues for your camera.
With this new update the users will be able to set a particular temperature at which the camera should shut down. It is true that with this update the solution is not still complete. But at least the users have some control now and they can predict that when the camera will overheat and shut down!
This software version 1.10 is free and the company has already acknowledged the heating issue of the camera and hence has introduced this one. So, when the temperatures elevates at a certain point then the users will first get a message. After that even when the temperature rises, the power will be turned off. You can choose the temperature at which this would happen. You can either choose the standard feature or the higher feature.
